Hi, I'm Lucy—I’m so glad you’re here.
How I Found My Calling as a Therapist
Growing up, I struggled in school. No matter how hard I worked, I never felt like I measured up or excelled at anything. I often wondered if I’d ever find my place in the world or discover what my special “thing" would be. But there was one thing I was certain of: I loved helping people.
At school, my friends would often turn to me for advice when they were going through a hard time. I always loved being able to offer a new perspective on a tough situation so they could feel a little lighter and experience some relief.
Supporting people—whether by comforting a friend or helping someone feel less alone—always brought me deep joy and came so naturally to me. Little did I know at the time, this was a hidden superpower of mine, one that would eventually lead me to my life’s work as a therapist and coach.
My Passion for This Work
I strongly believe in the transformative power of healing work—it changed my life, and I’m passionate about helping you experience the same. A core belief that drives my work is that if every woman fully recognized her worth and stepped into her full potential, our world would be changed for the better.
I'd love to support you on your journey to becoming the woman you're meant to be and creating a life that aligns with who you are at your core.
I can't wait to connect with you and see how I can help.
I Don’t Just Listen, I Get Involved.
Maybe you’ve been to therapy before, but it didn’t feel like much was happening. Your therapist sat there, nodding along, but never really guiding you or offering insight. It felt more like a one-sided conversation than a true partnership.
I’m not that type of therapist. I believe that therapy is a collaboration, not a one-way street. I’m not here just to listen; I’m here to engage with you. We’ll work together to uncover the root of what’s going on and figure out the steps that will help you feel better and more clear, so you can get the relief you’re seeking.
