I work with highly self-aware women in their 20s and 30s who are tired of psychoanalyzing themselves and are ready to heal their patterns at the root, so they can feel more at ease in their bodies and experience peace in their lives.
My Approach
In our work together, we combine talk therapy with nervous-system-based modalities like EMDR to help your body actually process the fears and experiences driving those patterns.
