Therapy Sessions:
$250 for a 50-minute session.
$375 for 75-minute session.
Investing in therapy might feel like a stretch, but it’s often the fastest and most effective way to move through the discomfort you’re facing.
Having personally invested in therapy, I know what it’s like to wonder:
“Is it worth it?” and “Will it work for me?”
What I’ve realized is that every time I’ve taken the leap to invest in myself—even when fear and doubt were present—it’s brought me the healing and relief I needed to move forward in my life.
Therapy is an investment in your well-being, and the returns often go far beyond what you can imagine.
If you’re curious whether this could be the right next step for you, let’s connect over a consultation call. If it turns out I’m not the best fit, I’ll refer you to a trusted clinician in my network who can better meet your needs. Your healing matters to me, and I want you to get the care that’s a perfect fit for you!

I know that mental health support can feel like a financial challenge, especially for those who dedicate their lives to helping others. To ease that burden, I offer a few sliding scale spots in my practice for teachers, non-profit workers, healthcare professionals, and others in the service sector. If you're ready to focus on your well-being but need affordable options, I’m here to provide personalized therapy at a lower rate. Book a consultation call with me and we can discuss options!

No, I am out-of-network with all insurance providers. However, I can provide a receipt of services (called “superbills”) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if your plan covers out-of-network therapy (most PPOs). Many health insurance plans reimburse 50-80% of session fees with out-of-network therapists, which can significantly reduce the cost of therapy.
Clients are responsible for the fees at the time of their appointment, so I encourage you to verify your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company prior to your first session.
I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for those who need financial flexibility. Schedule a consultation call with me to explore your options!

The timeline for feeling better and seeing results can vary from person to person. Therapy is a deeply individual process, and progress depends on your specific goals, challenges, and how often you're able to engage in sessions.
Some people begin to notice changes in just a few sessions, while others may experience progress over a few months or even a year. My commitment is to ensure that you receive the highest value for your time and investment. I believe in supporting your growth and healing, not in keeping you in therapy longer than necessary. When you’re ready, I will encourage you to continue your journey independently, reflecting your progress and providing the support needed for you to thrive on your own.
